Judge Me Not ft. Craftsvilla

Judge Me Not ft. Craftsvilla

Did you just judge the girl travelling in the metro sitting next to you just because she’s dressed up in short clothes?

Judging the person just because he’s gay or because of her complexion is now too mainstream.

Oh! Wait!

You constantly judge yourself for being fat, skinny, petite.
Oh dear, you compare yourself with some other person just because you are not perfect.

I wonder why we as humans feel the need to judge others or ourselves.
No two people are completely alike. We need to accept these differences & stop judging people. It is hurtful to them. Nobody has the right to judge anyone until they’ve walked that person’s shoes.
And the worst part is self criticism. We judge ourselves constantly. Take your appearance for example. If you are not in perfect shape or you don’t like your stretch marks or any flaw you have. You’re likely to pass some sort of judgement on yourself.

These judgement may seems small and insignificant because we make judgement so often, every hour of everyday. And this continuous stream of negativity leads to stress, depression, anxiety, self-hate, etc.

Stop questioning your own abilities.

Judge less, accept more & think about your happiness.

  1. Judging is really easy in today’s world, as we live in a society where it’s easy to doubt oneself than have self confidence. Not just women even men are part of this society. One needs to learn how to have confidence in oneself to stop judging others.

  2. I love the way you have shared your thoughts.Body shaming commenting on your colour region has become the fashion and I seriously pity on them.
