A guide to making mornings easier

So we are moving towards a new week and it is going to be long one too like always, why not we just make some things and do a little preparation beforehand so that we can make our week easier. No matter we wake up at 5 in the morning or 8, the moment we are leaving home we always tend to forget some of the other thin we did not do, and that makes sometimes even our whole day worst. So why not put up a little effort in the night the earlier day so that our week can go away smoothly and we can be more effective and productive.

1 . Planner

First thing we have to do is plan, take a look at the coming dates, and make a list of things that you have to do in this week, the birthdays that are going to come (take help from Facebook), and everything that is on your to-do list, once the list has been done and you have the work you have to do, adjust them in your coming week according your timetable, try to keep your last working day empty, because no one in the world tries to do extra work on the last day because they get exhausted, try to complete things in the former part of the week so that you can actually do things and complete them before things start getting frustrated. Once things to do planner is complete let’s come to the other thing.

2.Meal planning

If you are the one who cooks, or your maid comes to cook, in all if you are the one who takes decision on what is to be cooked, plan your meal for the next week and trust me its easy, once you are done with planning the meal, all you have to make is a grocery list of the items which will save both your time and money and also will help you do a lots of savings without letting anything go waste. Once its done, do meal preps for the meals which are possible, specially for Monday meal, like if something needs boiled potatoes you can boil them beforehand and keep them in refrigerator, if you need something that has to be roasted like roasted sooji or  roasted dalia so you can roast them up and keep them in fridge beforehand that will save you a lot of time.

3. What to wear

Most time we spend in our morning decision making is on clothes, and that takes up a lot of our brain functioning, therefore, it is important that we do these things beforehand so that we can make the mornings a little hassle free. The easiest thing you can do is to prepare the set of clothes you have to wear, this will help you in two ways :

First being it will make it easier in the morning to just wear what you are having.

Secondly, it will help you to use everything that is there in your wardrobe even which is hidden beneath everything.

So, how to decide what you will wear, this can be done by wearing lucky colors as per that day, or by wearing according to what work you have that day and what transport you are going to use.

  1. The most tough task in the morning is to wake up. But for a person like me, rest of the tasks are equally tough. The planner is good idea for me..

  2. Loved the blog and specially the planner idea. I too myself use a diary for the same but I don’t use it more often. I will now make a habit of using a planner. But the main task for me is to wake up in the morning on time 🙁
